Natasha's mouth formed a slight smile as he said her name before her teeth caught her bottom lip and she let out a quiet hum as he caressed her. No, nothing else mattered. No time was passing. No time had passed. It was just the two of them. She smiled again, her own fingers sliding down to move over his back and spine, once more mapping the familiar muscles that moved beneath his skin.
She leaned forward and brushed her lips, not quite a kiss so that she didn't have to break the gaze. Ever since she first saw him, saw those piercing blue eyes, she knew something was going to change. She had struggled to trust anyone and then SHIELD had sent this archer after her and in the midst of fighting, she had realised she could trust him. He'd given her a second chance.
